Required qualifications, skills and experience
Must Submit a Letter of Interest
Current resume with dates of employment (minimum of 3 years teaching experience)
Evidence of a minimum of three complete years of successful state-certified administrative experience. Provide copies of most recent three year’s final evaluations.
Professional Educators Certificate which indicates School Principal or Statement of Eligibility for School Principal.
For out-of-state candidates: a copy of a valid non-Florida state teaching certificate indicating equivalent administrative coverage.
For out-of-state candidates who are currently Principals: a copy of most recent annual evaluation as evidence of at least one year of successful experience as a school principal at a public school. Principals selected from this category will be placed in a modified School Principal Preparation program and must serve as "Interim Principal" until School Principal certification is granted by the state.
