Getting Started New Teacher Support
All teachers new to The School District of Osceola County (experienced and non-experienced) are assigned an Instructional Mentor, New Teacher Lead, and/or buddy to assist them with the physical, personal, institutional, and instructional needs of being a new educator. Professional development activities are also provided at no cost.
Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
Every school in The Osceola School District has implemented PLCs where teachers collaborate together to help all students succeed.

- Starting salary $49,000 with a bachelor’s degree.
